Announcement: New AIR Card® Portal Launching April 1, 2026 Mar 25, 2026
Please be advised that starting on April 1, 2026, all AIR Card® users will be directed to log in using a new URL. This new site has been upgraded to provide a better user experience and to meet the latest requirements of the AIR Card® Program.
 
What:  A new URL for the AIR Card® Portal: https://aircardeas.com
When: This new site will become active on April 1, 2026, 00:00 CT
Why: To introduce a new portal for the AIR Card® Program with an enhanced look and new features.
 


What's New in the Portal?
The upgraded portal includes several new features designed to streamline your experience:
Program & Account Overview: Get a quick view of the overall health of your accounts.
Consolidated Payment Pages: Better analyze current and past due payments at the account level.
Dispute Center: Manage all disputes centrally with a direct interface to merchants.
Invoice Validation: Easily access and validate all your invoices in one place.
Tax Center: A centralized location to store and manage all tax exemption documents.


Please ensure you update your bookmarks and begin using the new URL on April 1, 2026.

Please be advised of the scheduled AIR Card® maintenance that will take place on Sunday, April 5, 2026, from 0600 - 0700 CT.

What is occurring: Database and underlying operating system update
When is it occurring: Sunday, April 5, 2026, from 0600 - 0700 CT.
What is affected: AIR Card® EAS


Estimated Window of Maintenance: 1 Hour



The maintenance is necessary to apply updates to the EAS database and the underlying operating system. The application may be temporarily unavailable at various times during the maintenance window.

Purchasing Aviation Fuel with the DLA Energy AIR Card® Jul 01, 2025
Cardholders shall purchase fuel from the following resources and in the following order:
1) DoD Installations;
2) DLA Energy Into-plane Contract locations;
and only when necessary at non-contract locations.
